Client Background
The Olympic Games are one of the largest global events, requiring meticulous planning and execution. The Paris Olympics 2024 will host 65,000 accredited participants, making it essential to have a robust system for monitoring movement and occupancy across various venues, hubs, and transportation services.
Client Requirements
The primary requirement for the OGSP project was to create a comprehensive platform capable of real-time movement monitoring and occupancy management. The platform needed to utilize UWB technology, with UWB tags attached to participants' accreditations, to provide precise tracking and data for both immediate action and historical analysis.

The project faced significant challenges in ensuring the precision of real-time data displayed on the application due to the constant movement of participants and the crowded environment. Additionally, the development had to meet strict time constraints to ensure the platform was fully operational well ahead of the event.
